These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, booking services, and ground transportation provided by Stop & Go Airport Shuttle Service, Inc. By booking a ride, submitting a reservation, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations & Confirmations

All bookings submitted online or by phone are subject to availability and final confirmation by Stop & Go Airport Shuttle Service, Inc.
Accurate information, including passenger counts, luggage count, pickup times, flight numbers, and addresses, must be provided at the time of booking.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation notice or receipt via email or SMS.

2. Pricing, Rates & Fees

Rates: All rates quoted on our website or through customer support are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
Included / Excluded Charges: Flat rates typically include standard travel, taxes, and tolls. Driver gratuity, parking fees, extra stops, or extended wait times are billed separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Gas & Distance Surcharges: Rides extending outside our standard primary service zone or requiring specialized routing may incur a distance or fuel surcharge.

3. Waiting Time & Flight Monitoring

Airport Pickups: We monitor incoming commercial flights in real time whenever valid flight details are provided.
- A complimentary grace period, such as 30 minutes for domestic flights or 60 minutes for international flights, begins once the flight lands.
- After the grace period expires, standard waiting fees apply on a per-minute or per-quarter-hour basis.
Point-to-Point & Non-Airport Pickups: A complimentary grace period of 10 to 15 minutes is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time fees will apply thereafter.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Point-to-Point / Airport Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made under 24 hours may incur a partial or full service charge.
Hourly / Party Bus / Specialty / Event Bookings: Cancellations for stretch limousines, Sprinters, party buses, or wedding and prom packages require written notice within the timeframe specified in your contract, typically 48 hours to 7 days prior. Deposits may be non-refundable.
No-Shows: If a passenger fails to show up at the designated pickup location without contacting us within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation will be marked as a “No-Show” and the full fare will be charged.

5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Rules

To ensure safety and maintain vehicle cleanliness, all passengers agree to adhere to the following rules:

Zero Tolerance for Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs.
Alcohol & Drugs: Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated stretch limousines or party buses where all passengers are of legal drinking age, 21 or older. Consumption of illegal drugs or underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Damage & Excessive Cleaning: Passengers are financially responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle interior or exterior during the trip. Excessive mess or sickness requiring professional detailing will result in a minimum sanitation fee of $250 to $500.
Passenger Capacity: Vehicles cannot exceed the legal seating capacity stated at booking.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the vehicle requested.
Stop & Go Airport Shuttle Service, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal items inside vehicles. If items are found, we will make reasonable efforts to return them at the passenger’s expense.

7. Delays & Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain punctual schedules, Stop & Go Airport Shuttle Service, Inc. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, flight disruptions, or acts of nature.
Under no circumstances shall Stop & Go Airport Shuttle Service, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as missed flights or events, beyond the value of the booked transportation fare.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on newlenoxlimoservice.com, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Stop & Go Airport Shuttle Service, Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois.
